Terms & Conditions

Payment for E-design is due upon submission of this form and prior to the commencement of the project. A link will be emailed to you directly for payment upon submission of this form.
E-design is an online decorating consultation service only. All recommendations are regarded as suggestions to improve the look of your space and not intended for construction purposes.
Client agrees to provide full information regarding the client's requirements for the project, including space measurements of the rooms to be designed. Cobblestone and Olive Interiors will not be held responsible for space planning or items that do not fit in the room if the measurements supplied to them are different than the actual measurements of the space.
Client agrees to only two revisions of the design after Cobblestone and Olive Interiors provides a completed concept board. Client agrees to additional fees of $100/hour for additional revisions beyond the allowed two.
E-design client agrees to correspond through online communication. Client also agrees to additional fees $100/hour for phone calls or for in-person visits, if requested.
Cobblestone and Olive Interiors will not be responsible for the means, methods or procedures of construction, fabrication, delivery and installation, or safety precautions in connection with the e-design project: for the acts of omissions of the contractor or any subcontractor, supplier or other person performing the work on the e-design project; or, for any failure of them to meet any schedules or completion dates.
Cobblestone and Olive Interiors cannot be held responsible for arranging repairs, replacement or freight claims for purchases made in conjunction with recommendations for e-design project.
