Dutch Canyon

This project was designed with the intention of bringing together three generations of family from across the U.S. to create lasting memories and build strong relationships. The client, a grandma and true entertainer at heart, thoughtfully considered the needs of everyone visiting to ensure a welcoming and safe environment for all. The furnishings were selected to promote gathering, comfort, and the idea that the more, the merrier—accommodating up to six families, including parents and children.

Drawing inspiration from the client’s love of Europe, which stemmed from many travels abroad, the home’s design embraces a traditional aesthetic with cleaner lines, offering a light, airy atmosphere complemented by the warmth of neutral tones and soft blues. The main floor was designed to serve as the perfect space for conversation, meals, crafting, and musical entertainment, with easy access to the outdoors through patios on both sides.

The result is a thoughtfully curated home that beautifully blends European influences with family-friendly functionality, creating the ideal setting for unforgettable gatherings and shared moments.
