Once approved, we’ll create a project schedule, purchasing list, and all of the construction documents so your builder can implement our vision.

You’ll see our design vision for your home articulated in drawings and renderings, spanning details like cabinetry layouts, tile selections, paint colors, furnishings, art, and more. We’ll walk you through each element of the design in a tactile presentation with samples so that you can touch, feel, and fully envision our grand plans.

We delve deep into your lifestyle, habits, and preferences to develop a bespoke style guide that will act as our anchor throughout your project. We’ll also meet with your architect and builder to review and refine all existing plans to ensure thoughtful, intentional interior design.

The Cobblestone and Olive Process
As your project reaches completion, our team of professional installers will implement every detail we oh-so-carefully designed. Unrolling rugs, placing furniture, hanging art, and making beds gives us such joy! But not as much as seeing you walk into your space for the first time and finally knowing the sensation of feeling truly at home.
installation
Consider us your main point of contact throughout your project, whether we’re furnishing your home or just one player in a complex new build. This includes maintaining the schedule, frequent site visits, and meeting with your architect, builder, and other vendors to ensure the design is implemented well.

We will purchase, procure, and store all of the items for your home, ensuring they meet our quality standards and are ready for installation.

Understanding your style is a special skill of ours, honed from decades of work in interior
design. You can expect to answer questions like when do you watch TV?, how do your spaces function currently?, and what do you enjoy on a vacation? during our unique discovery process, which is designed to get to the heart of your aesthetic. We’ll always ask for your input as the project progresses, but our clients often don’t request changes because of how well we understand their tastes.
Due to the high-touch nature of our luxury interior design projects, we only take on up to seven projects per year. If you’re considering Cobblestone and Olive, we recommend inquiring early in your construction planning process to make sure we can accommodate your project.
Our design studio is located in the Salt Lake City, Utah area. Most of our clients live in places like Park City, Midway, Alpine, Wasatch Front, and Heber, but we also love to travel and are eager to work with you regardless of where you are located in the United States.
